on behalf of our client, an established Corporate Services firm with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Preparation of applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies of clients.
Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents.
Preparation of payment orders.
Candidate Profile
3+ years experience within the corporate or a fiduciary service provider or a law firm.
Proficient in English (written & spoken). Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
