Retention / VIP Representative (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is a Cypriot Investment Firm with offices located in Limassol. They are seeking a Retention/VIP Representative who is native/near native in the Japanese Language.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in a similar sales environment.

• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Building and maintaining a client portfolio
• Assisting existing customers with their trading account
• Building a long-term relationship with all clients
• Be informed about all the company’s products and services and promote them to new clients
• Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering
• Reach monthly targets set by the Line Manager
• Monitoring department KPIs to ensure all are being met
• Managing PSP

• Native or Near Native in Japanese Language is a must
• Experience within the Financial Markets industry or in Sales in a different industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent Communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills an advantage
• Self motivated, driven, goal oriented and a team player
• A high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
