- Being the first point of contact for the company’s clients
- Handling incoming calls, chats, e-mails, and reviews from customers regarding questions related to the services the company provides.
- Following up on customer’s progress and success.
- Ensuring all clients are receiving a high-quality service.
- Attentive to the client’s issues and needs.
- Promoting new features of the product to different businesses that are company clients
- Analyzing and resolving most common customers’ queries using step-by-step solutions and cooperating with other departments of the Company
- Delivering qualitative service to customers according to the existing standards.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by continuous communication that results in a strong business relationship.
Requirements
- Excellent Command of English
- Extrovert personality with Excellent Communication skills.
- Previous experience in the PSP industry will be considered an advantage
- Business communication skills i.e. telephone conversations, business correspondence
- Customer service and/or Account Management experience
- Attention to detail, team player, problem-solving attitude and task management skills
- Experience in operating with Windows and MS Office
- Multitasking ability is a must
