Job Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through the claim process, keeping them informed every step of the way
- Preparing claim folders
- Inputting data into claims systems and ensuring that all necessary documentation is included in the claim folder
- Liaising with other insurance companies for liability and payments
- Liaising with clients, their representatives and third parties
- Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
Requirements
- University degree in Law/Psychology or studies in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently and to embrace changes involving technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Active listener with critical thinking, sound judgment and attention to detail
- Self-discipline and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to deal with difficult customers and respond to questions
