Software Developer, Paphos
Job Overview
Our client, a Digital Solutions provider located in Paphos, is looking to hire Software Developers of all levels.
Responsibilities
– Design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications
– Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions
– Ensure proper and smooth platforms operations.
– Provide system and network administration support as may be required from time to time.
– Perform routine system & software audits
– Provide support and training to staff
– Liaise with external associates
Requirements
– Degree in a Computer Science related field
– Experience or Familiarity with: HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and responsive web design
– Experience or familiarity with: Relational Databases
– Experience or familiarity with: CMS platforms
– Experience or familiarity with: Node.JS, PHP, C# will be considered an advantage
– Experience or familiarity with: Angular, React, VueJs and TypeScript will be considered an advantage
– Experience or familiarity with: the MongoDb, Redis databases, Firebase will be considered as an advantage
– Experience or familiarity with: GIT for source code management is preferred
– Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
– Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
– Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) – any other language will be considered an advantage
