Main Duties And Responsibilities
1.End to end customer support ( receipt of devices, repair, quality control, customer support)
2.Technical support installing and configuring computer hardware and software programs
3.Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
4.Parts ordering, warranty claims to vendors, control and execution
Candidate Profile
1.Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related subject
2.Solid experience with computer hardware repair and servers
3.Able to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
4.Excellent written and spoken English
