Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of services to the Forex & Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit a number of energetic, motivated sales-oriented Sales Agents to join their expanding team of professionals in Paphos. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service capacity, ideally within the Forex/Financial Services and possess outstanding communication skills in English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with clients.
- Building & maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Pitch and promote company products and services over the phone in an effective manner.
- Maximise all sales opportunities.
- Client portfolio management.
- Maintain and update client information on the in-house CRM System.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Experience in Forex / Financial services desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Characteristics: sales oriented, positive attitude, outgoing personality, good work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
- Good computer skills Microsoft Office.
