Job Description

Our client is an international e-commerce company within the aviation/aerospace industry, providing an innovative technology solution to bring together buyers and sellers.

Due to their ongoing global expansion they are in the process of expanding their team and are opening a Customer Support Centre to be based at their offices here in Limassol.

The successful candidates will be joining their on-boarding and conversion team for users (mainly companies) who are joining the system. Therefore the ideal candidates will have experience in outbound telephone sales and marketing with the ability to build good strong relationships and trust with users. The market is global and as such they are looking for perfect English speakers with an additional language and advantage.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Results oriented that like to over achieve
B2B online experience (Knowing the Aviation/Aerospace market is a plus)
Proven success in outbound sales
Experience in working with users from large global companies
Ability to multi-task and use a CRM
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
Understand technology and be able to clearly articulate the benefits to users
A relationship builder

The working hours will be standard office hours Monday – Friday with the prospect of extending it to include a late shift until 10pm.

The company is offering a salary of between 1200 – 1300 Euros gross per month plus bonuses based on performance.

This role will be ideal for candidates that have worked in B2B Sales/Customer Support in any online industries and that are looking to offer real business solutions to companies within the aviation/aerospace industries.
