Job Description
An innovative service provider specialized in providing tailor-made solutions to the iGaming industry, is seeking to hire a Senior Risk & Ecommerce Analyst (Compliance profile)
As Senior with an advanced compliance profile, you will be the person nurturing the compliance knowledge of the team when it comes to legislations, regulations, policies, processes and procedures which apply to the risk and eCommerce department.
you will also be the person who always thrives to deliver above expectations when it comes to daily operational tasks.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Review, approve or reject account registrations, deposits and withdrawals.
Monitor gaming and financial activities across all channels to identify, assess and mitigate risk, fraud, and bonus abuse.
Lead the implementation and review of policies, procedures, processes and training p related to all areas of risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Perform risk assessment and profiling on accounts activities.
Provide daily /weekly/Monthly risk assessment reports.
Keeping up to date and informing the team about relevant regulatory developments (including AML, Responsible Gaming, advertising, Gambling Licences requirements and/or recommendations.
Develop and help the team to maintain high level standards on data processing, retention, manipulation and security.
Detect and report suspicious account activities according to Internal policies.
Conducting ongoing monitoring of players and transactions according to the respective level of risk.
Essential Requirements
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft software: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Solid Knowledge of online gambling regulatory frameworks; applicable at least in 2 European jurisdictions.
Good Knowledge of customer due diligence processes, Risk mitigation, AML, Responsible gambling and Data protection within
Experience in writing decent yet easily understandable policies, procedures and processes from scratch.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Strong research skills.
Desirable
At least 3 years’ experience in the Online gambling sector or in a compliance position.
Good Knowledge of payment methods in various markets.
Good Team leading skills.
Attention to details and inquisitive nature.
Salary & Benefits
28k – 32k euro gross/year and yearly bonus bracket 2k-3k euro. (flexibility for very strong profile candidates)
Sport, Gym or any other fitness membership of up to EUR 250 per calendar year of employment.
5 Days a week Monday – Sunday (on a shift rotation)
40H a week
Shift hours: 9AM
26 Days Annual Leave
