Job Description

Our client is one of the leading FX Trading companies that have been in operation for over 10 years globally with a number of offices worldwide and a team of around 50 staff here in Limassol and they are looking for an Affiliate Analyst to join their team.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Oversee the onboarding of new Partners (Affiliates, Introducing Brokers, Popular Investors), ensuring that all KYC documents are in place
Perform compliance review on Partner website
Managing the communication with Partners, and other internal departments around collection of missing documents and/or changes needed on Partner’s sites to comply with eToro policies
Overall Partner monitoring and oversight including updating Partner accounts
Work in collaboration with Compliance teams to achieve Partner adherence to CySEC, FCA, ASIC requirements
Supporting Partner Payments
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to various stakeholders; Maintain accurate records of tasks
Evaluate existing systems controls adequacy, report deficiencies and provide recommendations to improve both the systems and operations

Candidate Profile

2-4 years of work experience with Partner processes
Familiarity with AML and Compliance principles
Proficiency in Excel
Analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
University degree
Team player attitude detailed oriented and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Time management and organization skills
Understanding of the global online marketing industry
Familiarity with online traffic, websites

Salary 

Salary between 1,300- 1,800 EUR gross based on experience plus benefits
