Multilingual Sales Representative

Job Description

On behalf of our Client, a leading Forex company with offices around the world, we are looking for a Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch/Italian/German Speaking Sales Representative for their Offices in Cyprus.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, prospective and existing
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients
• Build trust with the clients, increase number of clients
• Assisting customers who wish to open a trading account
• Assist clients with queries regarding trading, deposits and withdrawals and help clients to use specific features

Candidate Profile

• Native/Fluent in verbal and written in one of the following  Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch/Italian/German is a must with min. B2 English
• University Degree in a business-related field
• Experience in sales/retention
• Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to communicate at all company levels
• Problem-solving skills and a target-oriented mind
• Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Strong computer literacy
