Job Overview
Currently looking for Finnish and Danish speakers to join the team in a a leading iGaming business in Limassol.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicating with company’s clients and assist them with their enquiries via Email, Telephone Calls and Chat
- Communicate in a polite and professional manner
- Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Candidate Profile
- Native/Fluent in verbal and written in one of the following Finnish / Danish is a must with min. B2 English
- Computer literacy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical / Synthesis capability, organized, client oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work shifts
