Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a diligent Call Monitoring Officer to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be fluent in written and spoken German.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis.
- Quality Assurance Performance.
- Quantity/Deadlines.
- Provides feedback data to management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of computer operations – Good Excel/World.
- Critical & logical thinking, strong analysis & research skills.
- Possess effective listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast paced team environment.
- Efficient Typing Skills/Reports.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency in German.
- Writing proficiency in English.
