Job Overview
Our client is a CySEC regulated Forex Company with a new office in Limassol. They are now looking to employ experienced and motivated FX Sales Retention Officers. The office has an inhouse canteen.
Responsibilities:
Build strong and ongoing relationship with clients
Promote company’s new or updated services
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer’s needs
Provide customers with products and service information
Assisting clients with queries
Work with clients to engage in FX opportunities
Achieve objectives set by the company
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years sales experience in FX
Previous retention experience in the FX industry is a plus
(Near) native English speaker
Excellent communications skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Target oriented and dynamic
Energetic and self-motivated
Ability to work as part of the team
The working hours are 9am – 6pm
