GRS are working closely with a new and exciting brand setting up its operation in Limassol. Currently we are recruiting for Head of Back Office and Customer support for the CySEC entity to assist with the start-up and ongoing development of the company. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of the company. Previous experience in a similar position is a must. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing KYC and Funding processes and procedures and ensuring their smooth operation across the group.
- Monitoring debits, credits and inter-account fund transfers, ensuring that mistakes are minimized
- Provide a high level of quality customer service acting as the main point of contact between the customer and the company and ensuring all client generated tickets are followed up and dealt with in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain good relations with our service providers and payment vendors and communicate with them when required for matters linked to the operations of the department.
- Ensure all tasks are done in line with applicable laws and regulations
- Undertake reporting obligations related to Back Office and Customer support operations
- Grow the Back Office and Support teams appropriately and in line with company growth
- Participating in cross-departmental projects
- And or any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time, according to business needs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must
- University Degree in Business, Finance, Maths or any other related field
- Must have the CySEC Basic qualification
- Business fluency in English additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Process orientated and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Must be self-motivated, a team player and comfortable with taking on initiatives
