Construction Project Manager – Limassol – HE920777

GRS are working in partnership with a family office in Limassol who are currently searching for an organised and proactive Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will plan and oversee a wide variety of high-end construction projects from beginning to end. This role will involve extensive travel mainly throughout Europe.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be engaged in and take the responsibility for several construction projects in Europe
• Keep track of an inventory of equipment and materials
• Manage the budget and estimate costs
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
• Daily monitoring and controlling of quality of work performed by the team of project managers on behalf of the Customer
• Highest expertise in private real estate objects working with multiple contractors on behalf of the Customer

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Educated to Degree or Master level or the equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering
• Extensive work experience in project management in construction
• PMP or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset
• Ability to handle extensive business travel
