Chief Compliance Officer – Forex – Limassol – ET920932

On behalf of our client an established Forex Broker based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a Chief Compliance Officer. The successful candidate must have at least 4years of experience in a managerial compliance role and needs to be up to date with CySEC rules and regulations, also must hold CySEC Advanced Certificate. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and assess the level of compliance risk the Company faces
• Produce and submit periodic compliance, AML and risk reports to the company’s regulator
• Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures and procedures of the Company
• drafting written reports
• Develop and enforce adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC and other applicable rules and regulations
• Receive and follow up Client complaints or grievances and filing these complaints or grievances
• Monitor anti-money laundering policies and procedures of the company as required by the company’s regulators
• Perform regular monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered
• Oversee corrective action of any compliance violations identified in review, audits and/or exams
• Work with all the departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Develop compliance training materials and performing on-going training to employees
• Provide advice and guidance to employees as appropriate on money laundering matters
• Support the company’s software systems utilized to ensure compliance Conducting internal compliance audits
• Respond correctly and timely submit to CySEC the monthly prevention statement and provide the necessary explanation to the appropriate employees of the Company for its completion
• Liaise with all relevant business and support areas within the Company

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field
• CySEC Advanced Certificate is a MUST
• At least 2 years of experience as a Compliance Manager role
• At least 4years of experience in a compliance role within the FX industry
• Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent research skills
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Time management and multitasking abilities
