Job Description

GRS is working closely with a leading chain of retail stores in Nicosia and currently seeking a HR Executive. The successful candidate must have minimum 5 years of previous experience in an HR Management role as well as experience within Retail and a high fluency in both Greek and English. Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
• Handle employment issues and ensure the compliance of stores with the relevant legislations
• Provide specialist personnel support and advice to Store Management and staff
• Ensure a motivated and supportive working environment through guidance and conflict resolution
• Deliver training to Staff and monitor their performance

Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years previous working experience in an HR Management role
• Previous experience within retail is preferred
• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated and results driven
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer Service Driven
