GRS are working closely with a Start-up company with foreign investment in Limassol, management have been in the industry for over 10 years. Currently we are recruiting for Sales Retention Manager to assist with the start-up and ongoing development of the company. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for following the company’s sales strategy and achieving and exceeding targets set by management
Lead by example by possessing full product knowledge and excellent sales skills by constantly overachieving
Provide support to team members on the day to day operations of the department
To offer development and motivation to the sales retention team
Make suggestions to improve the operation and efficiency of the department
Communicate relevant changes and initiatives to the sales team
Maintain quality control over sales team for accurate input of data and information in all internal systems
To assist in the recruitment of new agents
Constantly maintains a positive and dynamic working environment
And or any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time, according to business needs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in a similar position is a must
University Degree in a business-related field
Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
Target orientated and resourceful.
Business fluency in English additional languages will be considered an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Must be self-motivated, a team player and comfortable with taking on initiatives
