Job Description

A market leader in medical equipment trading operating in Cyprus, are currently working with GRS to recruit an Office Administrator for their Limassol office.  The successful candidate must be fluent in Greek and must have previous experience as a Secretary and/or Office Administrator.  If you are looking to join a well-established company and you are happy to work from 13.00 to 17.00, then apply below for this Part-time Limassol based Office Administrator position.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Operational support of management agreements
  • Coordination of emerging issues with all the parties involved
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence and post and arranging couriers
  • Acting as a first point of contact by dealing with correspondence
  • Typing, compiling and preparing presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Different ad-hoc requests from top management
Candidate Profile
  • At least 1 years’ experience in the similar or related position
  • Fluency in both written and verbal Greek is a must
  • Available to work part-time fixed hours from 13:00 – 17:00
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Professional who can take ownership and responsibility
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
