A listed regulated investment firm that has a strong reputation globally is working with GRS to recruit an Accounting & Back officer to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have either back office or accounting experience. Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers & refunds based on the company’s established policies and procedures
• Assist clients with their banking requests/requirements
• Confirm collection amounts and calculation of fees
• Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
• Assist internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
• Perform data entry / processing, ensure that the work is completed accurately and adhere to all specified Company processes and procedures
• Liaise with banks and online payments methods
• Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader and/or the Chief Financial Officer

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English
• Degree in Business
• Strong with Microsoft office applications
• Ideally experience in an accounting or back office position
