Job Description

On behalf of our client we are recruiting a HR Immigration Coordinator to join a leading financial services company based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with immigration or government services. You will be obtaining new or renewing visas and work permits. If you believe you have the required skills and experience, then this HR Immigration Coordinator position would be a great opportunity to work in a varied role for a company who believes in building long term relationships.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Day to day administration and support for employees
• Handle employees visa procedures with migration department
• Handle with registration/renewals of employee’s visa
• Coordinate between Legal and Finance departments with regards to HR
• Liaise with departments across the business

Candidate Profile

• Degree holder in Business, Administration or Human Resources
• At least 1 year of experience in an immigration role is a must
• Previous experience in the FX industry is an advantage
• Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Greek is essential
• Organisational skills must be strong in order to keep up with work
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent skills in document and process formation
• Methodical with excellent time-keeping skills
• Ability to deliver under pressure
