Job Description
A successful German engineering and procurement company specializing in replacement of heavy industrial parts, are working with GRS to recruit a Commercial Order Processing Clerk based in Larnaca. The successful candidate will have experience in processing sales orders and be educated in a commercial subject. This role will be based from home for up to 6 months and then be office based in Larnaca. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Identification of potential suppliers, sending enquiries and requests for quotations
- Processing of sales orders – from the entry of the sales order to the invoicing
- Transport organisation for incoming and outgoing goods deliveries
- Tracking and deadline monitoring of orders
- Customs clearance
- Simple bookkeeping tasks
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial education with practical experience or commercial studies
- Self-motivating and disciplined
- Team spirit and collegiality
- Service concept and hands-on mentality
- Conscientious and independent working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken English
- Other foreign languages are an advantage
