An international mobile developer and publishing company are working with GRS to recruit a Senior Accountant for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ industry accounting and payroll experience. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Post of accounting entries to accounting software, if necessary.
- Review of day-to-day accounting entries.
- Close monitoring/work with the fellow accountants.
- Preparation of management reports and reconciliation reports.
- Preparation and submission of payroll. Making sure foreign employees comply with tax, social insurance regulations etc. Assisting with preparation of personal income tax returns of company’s employees.
- Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES.
- Preparation of any ad-hoc reports required by the Chief Accountant or management.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Accounting.
- Holding or being in progress of obtaining a Professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years’ industry work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Cyprus VAT and Payroll calculation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure by meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Greek language is a must. Russian language will be considered a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One is a must.
- Knowledge of Positive Pro Payroll software will be considered an advantage.
