GRS in collaboration with one of the largest sports betting company based in Nicosia, are looking to recruit a Director of Online. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defining the online strategy and ensuring its proper execution and reporting on the results
• Monitoring the effectiveness of all on-line actions
• Increasing the traffic to the web site through marketing campaigns
• Analyse competitor practices and identify new opportunities/technologies for the promotion of the online website
• Ensure that the website remains up-to-date and is properly maintained
• Increasing the incomes of the website and developing the offer of the online products
• Oversee regulatory compliance, operational KPIs and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
• Manage new customer launches ensuring each new client is managed effectively through initial launch and ongoing operations
• Collect and analyse data for effective decision making and planning on strategies
• Analyse activity in regard to product portfolio, supported devices, games promotions and positioning as well as new product features and promo tools

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Business, Finance, or any other relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in an Online department from a gaming company
• Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
• Problem solving skills
