About the role
About Unlimit
Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.
Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.
Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
Why this role is different
-
A real start in payments, basic experience is needed. You’ll learn Visa and Mastercard rules from the inside, with proper onboarding and a team that wants you to grow. Coming from fraud, KYC/KYB, AML, compliance, or banking operations? Your background is an advantage here.
-
Real scale. You’ll work with a diverse merchant portfolio, across regions and card schemes. Textbook rules don’t always fit, so you’ll learn to think, not just follow a checklist.
-
Your work has a direct impact. Every case you win is revenue protected for our merchants, and every pattern you spot helps us prevent the next dispute.
-
AI is part of the plan. Unlimit is moving toward AI-native financial infrastructure. You’ll see how automation works in risk and have a say in making it smarter.
What you’ll own
-
Visa and Mastercard disputes and chargebacks. You handle them within acquiring operations, from the first notification to the final outcome.
-
The full case lifecycle. You decide what to contest, what to accept, and why.
-
Evidence that wins. You collect, review, and prepare supporting documentation that makes the difference.
-
Representments. You prepare and submit strong, well-argued chargeback responses.
-
Deadlines and compliance. You stay on top of card scheme timelines and rules, so nothing is ever missed.
-
Communication. You work directly with merchants and internal teams to get cases resolved.
-
Data you can trust. You keep accurate dispute records and reporting, so the team always sees the real picture.

Attractive monthly salary paid in line with experience
