Junior Sales / Business Development Executive – iGaming & Crypto

Job Description

We are currently hiring for several junior-level Sales and Business Development opportunities within international companies operating in the iGaming, cryptocurrency, fintech, and digital finance industries.

We are looking for proactive and commercially minded professionals who are currently based in Cyprus and have approximately 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, account management, client relations, or a related customer-facing role.

Depending on the candidate’s previous experience and career interests, the most suitable position and business direction will be discussed during the interview process.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and business contacts.
• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Support lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership development.
• Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Update CRM records and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams.

Candidate Profile

• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, business development, lead generation, account management, or client relations.
• Previous experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, forex, payments, online trading, or a related industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound communication and working toward commercial targets.
• English B2+
• Currently based in Cyprus.
• Motivated to develop a career in international Sales and Business Development.
