Job Overview
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to join a financial services provider company based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a compliance role within the Financial Services/Forex industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the KYC process of clients and updating clients’ records
- Review, enhance and enforce policies and procedures
- Review and approve the marketing material
- Reviewing Call monitoring process
- Preparation of reports
- Suggest improvements and provide advice/assistance to employees on Compliance matters
- Any other duties necessary to meet the needs of the Company
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business or any other relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in a Compliance role with the Financial Services/Forex industry
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- CySEC Advanced is an advantage
- MiFID experience is an advantage
- Excellent skills in document and process formation
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
