Customer Relationship Manager, Limassol
Job Overview
Our client, a well-established CySEC regulated Investment Firm, located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with customer service, marketing and operations staff
- Helping with budgeting and forecasting.
- Being in command for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis.
- Generating ideas and proposals
- Overseeing production & execution processes
- Preparing all essential in-house reports
- Focusing on activities that create lifetime customers.
- Following up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business, or Computer Science preferable
- Experience in a similar position is essential
- Knowledge of CRM strategies, tools, and channels in an online environment
- Tech-savvy with strong interest for new technologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- A strong character with confidence who can work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
