On behalf of our client a well-established legal firm based in Limassol, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Head of the Corporate Department. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer with the ability to manage a team of Junior Lawyers. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and draft agreements and Articles of Association
- Draft minutes, power of attorneys, resolution depending on the clients’ needs
- Advise clients on any legal matter, merges and acquisitions
- Communicate with clients directly and respond to any legal requests
- Prepare, review and negotiate on various corporate documents such as M&AA, Resolutions etc.
- Handling all matters around Corporate Law
- Manage the team of Junior Corporate Lawyers
- Provide legal opinion
Candidate Profile
- University Degree in Law
- Must be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Must have at least 10+ years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of corporate matters
- Ability to communicate with clients and fulfill their requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
