In house Lawyer – Legal – Shipping – Limassol – HE921274

On behalf of a well-established and international service provider, GRS are seeking an in house Lawyer to join the Legal Department of our clients growing office in Limassol. If you have 3+ years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house and hold a Law degree (LLB) , please send your CV to [email protected].

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, corporate approvals and other legal documents;
• Assisting with various transactions and operational matters, including commercial and property transactions, opening of bank accounts, immigration matters, according to the needs to the Group;
• Managing and coordinating advice from third party professionals, including external legal counsels and authorities;
• Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other governmental bodies in Cyprus;
• Researching and ensuring compliance of the Group with the local laws and regulations;
• Becoming involved in any ad-hoc projects and provide support accordingly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Excellent drafting and analytical skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of the GDPR and the local data protection laws.
• Ability to take initiative and form decisions without supervision;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
